Cancellation Policy
We require deposits for all reservations and everyone is responsible for their own reservation. Groups are welcome but each person must call and make their own reservation and pay their deposit. We have a $40 flat rate deposit due within 7 days of reservation for sites and we take the first night for deposit on all rvs and cabins. Our cancellation policy is 10 days or less will not be eligible for a transfer, if you give notice more then 10 days before the reservation you can transfer your deposit to another stay one time within the same year.
No refunds will be issued!!!

RULES & REGULATIONS

Every guest or visitor must be registered with our office before entry. Unregistered individuals could be considered as trespassing and may be asked to leave.

We reserve the right to reject any service or reservation.

All camps must be quiet by 11:00 p.m. No loud music or noise will be tolerated.

All equine brought to Pinecrest Campground and Cabins llc. shall be accompanied by either the original or a copy of an official negative test for equine infectious anemia. (coggins)

Stall spaces are limited. Bring only the number of horses for which you have reservations.

Stalls may be used for animals only. No feed, hay, bedding, or tack may be stored in stalls.

Stalls may be bedded with pellet type bedding, straw or wood shavings. You may bring your own or purchase bedding on site.

Horses must be kept in stalls and not at the campsite. Clean stalls out when leaving. Discard old and unwanted hay in designated areas

Animals may Not be left tied at your campsite indefinitely. You may tie up at your campsite in order to saddle or groom. Any manure deposited by your animal during this time will need to be placed in one of the storage locations as soon as possible.

Tie horses only to hitching racks and stalls. Do not tie horses to trees!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Manure bunkers are located throughout our facility. We require that all manure cleaned from stalls and trailers be placed in one of these locations. Not thrown in the woods or by a tree

Stallions are permitted with prior permission. They are required to be kept in a stallion stall no matter the age or temperament of the animal.

Horses that kick, or are extremely aggressive must wear red tail ribbons at all times.

Stay on trails and abide by all No Horse or No Trespassing signs. Some of our trails cross private lands, which the owner has given us permission to cross. We do not want to abuse their generosity.

No swimming or bathing horses in the Current River. This is a state and federal regulation, which will be enforced with a ticket if violated. Animals may be bathed in camp only at the horse wash station.

No rough riding or racing is allowed inside our facility.

Children under the age of 14 are required to wear helmets while riding.

Pack out what you pack in. Littering is illegal. Leave the trails and campsite cleaner than you found it.

We are not responsible for accidents to man or beasts.

NO Smoking in Cabins, Store, or shower houses, NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OF ANY KIND.

DOGS are allowed only in personal campers or on leashes at all times. This will be enforced! NO DOGS allowed in the Cabins or Rental trailers. You are responsible for your animals. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Pinecrest Campground and Cabins LLC takes no responsibility for acts of God. We do not refund or credit for inclement weather or unforeseen events caused by circumstances beyond our control.
We are absolutely not responsible for injuries or death to animals or humans. Participate at your own risk
